At a Glance

Hand-built. Quietly outfitted. Yours alone.

The cabin was conceived as one continuous gesture between forest and water — cedar walls, floor-to-ceiling glass, hand-thrown ceramics on open shelves, and a fireplace built from stones pulled out of the lake. There is no booking front desk, no shared corridor, no neighbor. Only the property, the people you arrived with, and the landscape.

The Alaska Cabin surrounded by deep winter snow.

History

A Five-Year labor of love.

Built on a remote stretch of land near Skwentna and Lake Creek, construction took over 5 years. Every timber, appliance, and custom-ordered furniture piece had to be barged in from Anchorage—a journey taking up to 4 hours by barge.

The massive main support beams were hoisted and set in place using helicopters. The result is an architectural sanctuary designed to withstand the Alaskan elements without sacrificing absolute luxury.
